S.A.G. Solarstrom AG changes to the General Standard
Freiburg, July 8, 2010. The bearer common shares of S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (German security identification number: 702 100, ISIN: DE0007021008), Freiburg, have been approved for the regulated market and will be included in the trading of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange from July 9, 2010. The company already complied with many of the extended transparency follow-up obligations of the EU-regulated market previously. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG want to increase their efforts in addressing institutional investors with this change.
To date, S.A.G. Solarstrom AG has been listed on the open market of the Munich Stock Exchange, in particular the segment M:Access and in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. After approval, the bearer common shares of S.A.G. Solarstrom AG will be included in the trading in the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange from July 9, 2010 a partial segment of the EU-regulated market once the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) endorsed the approval project. “Thanks to the professional cooperation between youmex’s and S.A.G.‘s experts, we were able to implement the segment change in an extremely short time“, says Dr. Karl Kuhlmann, CEO of S.A.G. Before the change, S.A.G. Solarstrom AG already offered their shareholders a high level of transparency, with an annual financial statement and voluntary quarterly reports in both German and English, reliable ad hoc reporting and participation in analyst and investor conferences. “With this change, we want to increase the capital market’s awareness of our company, boost the liquidity of the share and continue to increase our options for procuring outside capital. We already offered our shareholders a high level of transparency, which is why the step into the EU-regulated market, which tends to be more in the focus of institutional investors, is a logical consequence for us“, says Dr. Karl Kuhlmann, CEO of S.A.G.
